Ellen Walz Holmes

Ellen Walz Holmes is a compliance and investigations attorney and leader with extensive experience in building cross-functional relationships and implementing scalable risk-based solutions. They served as Vice President - Senior Counsel at Citi from 2016 to 2021 and have held various roles at prominent companies, including Senior Assistant General Counsel at Micron Technology and Principal Counsel at BHP, where they currently work. Ellen obtained a law degree from The George Washington University Law School and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Iowa. Their expertise spans complex investigations, compliance programs, and financial crime risk assessments.
