Elly Griffin is an HR project management professional with over 15 years of leadership experience across various industries. Currently, Elly is working with the Department for Education in South Australia, focusing on transforming recruitment and workforce management practices to enhance educational outcomes. Previously, Elly managed significant projects at Scope Global, including a $24M Federal Government initiative aimed at increasing employment opportunities in South Australia and supporting development in the Pacific through technical assistance.
