Emily Thomson

Manager Ethics Support Service

Emily Thomson has extensive experience in project management and human resources, having worked at BHP since May 2008 in various leadership roles, including Manager of the Ethics Support Service and Head of Improvement Services. Currently, as the lead of the Global Asset Service Projects team, Emily prioritizes and manages project execution across multiple functions. Previously, Emily served as a Project Manager in Human Resources and held positions in HR Services, contributing to the migration of service delivery functions to a centralized model. Prior to BHP, Emily worked as a consultant at Talent2 from 2005 to 2008. Emily holds a Master’s degree in Employment Relations and Human Resource Management from Griffith University, completed between 2012 and 2015.
