Emma Dearness has extensive experience in training and development, specializing in functional improvement. They worked as an HR Consultant at Confiance Australia and a Senior Workforce Capacity Advisor at Thiess, before holding several roles at BHP Billiton, including Specialist in Training Governance and Training Superintendent. Emma has led significant projects aimed at integrating training systems and enhancing compliance across various coal assets. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resources from James Cook University, followed by a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations from Griffith University.
