Feven Getachew is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over a decade in performance improvement and operational readiness, currently serving as a Manager Performance and Improvement at BHP since July 2013. Previous roles at BHP include Manager Operational Readiness MAP and Lead Reliability Engineer.
