Gareth Williams

Gareth Williams is a highly experienced professional in performance management, data analytics, and operational decarbonization, currently serving as Manager Performance, Data, and Analytics at BHP since 2013. With a career that includes various leadership roles such as Lead Principal Integration (M&A) in HR and Lead Principal Functional Performance & Improvement, Gareth has extensive expertise in asset management and maintenance planning. Prior experience includes significant positions at Aurecon and Mars, where Gareth contributed as an Engineer focused on reliability and efficiency as well as in continuous improvement and industrial engineering roles. Gareth holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Hons) from the University of Newcastle and a Certificate IV in Lean/Six Sigma from Federation University Australia.
