Georgia McFarlane

Georgia McFarlane has extensive experience in human resources and emergency management. Currently serving at BHP since September 2019, roles have included Supervisor and Specialist in Security and Emergency Management, as well as Employee Relations Specialist and Support Officer for Mine Development. Prior to BHP, Georgia worked at Babcock International Group as a Recruitment Officer, focusing on HR projects and high-volume recruitment in aviation services. Previous positions also include Employee Experience Coordinator at Big White Ski Resort Ltd and Human Resources Officer at SAHMRI. Georgia holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, majoring in Corporate Finance, from the University of Adelaide.
