Grace DAI has accumulated extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving as the Lead Coal and Scheduling Engineer at BHP since May 2022, following previous roles as a Dragline Engineer and Lead Mining Engineer. Prior to BHP, Grace worked at Thiess from February 2017 to May 2022, where responsibilities included Drill and Blast Engineer, Mining Engineer, and Graduate Mining Engineer, focusing on various mining operations such as truck and shovel, dozer push, and rehabilitation design. Grace holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Adelaide, completed in 2016.
