Jaclyn See is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the mining and resources sector, currently holding multiple principal roles at BHP, including Service Improvement, Cloud & Infrastructure, Future Skills, Learning Partnerships and Systems, and Mastery Program. In these positions, Jaclyn leads strategic initiatives focused on skill development for a decarbonised future and oversees the FutureFit Academy, which provides recognized apprenticeships and traineeships. Prior to BHP, Jaclyn spent nearly a decade at Rio Tinto, progressing from Senior Plant Metallurgist to Superintendent, leading engineering teams and managing human factors and production systems in the Operations Centre. Earlier experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at Metso and a solid educational background with dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Commerce (Finance) and Chemical Engineering from The University of Queensland.
