James Duncan is an accomplished property and workplace management professional with extensive experience in corporate real estate services. Currently serving as Principal, Property & Workplace at BHP since June 2017, James oversees global property operations for BHP’s corporate office portfolio. Previously, James held various management roles at National Australia Bank, including Manager of Property Services Transformation, where responsibilities included leading tender exercises for a vast retail and commercial property portfolio and implementing new contracting models. Additional experience includes managing impaired assets at Advantedge Financial Services, where James led teams in mortgage collections and property realisations, and roles at Challenger Limited and State Trustees that focused on property management and realisations.
