Jayme Mitheo

Jayme Mitheo currently serves as the Lead Rail Control Capability and Verification and Lead Training at BHP, starting in April 2021. Responsibilities include overseeing a training team to enhance learning and development, creating training plans, performing training needs analysis, and leading inclusion and diversity initiatives. Previously, from November 2008 to April 2021, Jayme worked as a Senior Teacher and Teacher in the Department of Education in Western Australia. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Education from Edith Cowan University and certifications in Training and Assessment and Rail Network Control.
