Jerónimo Covacevich

Jorge Rodriguez is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in debt capital markets and infrastructure financing. As the Managing Director of Debt Capital Markets at Marathon Capital since August 2019, Jorge has built a strong career leading various financing initiatives. Prior roles include Managing Director and Global Head of Infrastructure Debt at DWS Group, where Jorge established a private infrastructure debt investment platform with over $1.8 billion in capital, and Managing Director positions at Aladdin Capital and Dresdner Kleinwort, focusing on private market debt investments and sponsored-driven debt financings, respectively. Jorge's earlier experience includes roles at BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, and JPMorgan Chase & Co., where expertise in structuring and syndication of finance transactions was developed. Jorge holds an MBA in Finance and Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
