Jess Lauder is a change and transformation leader with extensive experience in implementing best practices in change management across national enterprises. With a background in strategy, Jess has successfully delivered large-scale change programs and led diverse teams in various roles, including Superintendent of Change & Communications at BHP and Program Change Lead at NAB. Jess holds a Bachelor of Management in Logistics & Supply Chain from the University of South Australia and various certifications, including Six Sigma Green Belt and Prosci ADKAR.
