Jessica Doherty

Jessica Doherty has over 20 years of experience in organizational transformation and technology across diverse industries including pharmaceuticals, not-for-profit, finance, government, information technology, healthcare, and mining. Currently, as the Open Innovation Practice Lead at BHP, they focus on accelerating technologies and capabilities to tackle complex opportunities related to decarbonization. Previously, they held various roles including PMO Manager at Hostworks and Experimentation and Innovation Experience Manager at OZ Minerals. Jessica has also served as Chairperson for Treasure Boxes Inc and holds an Advanced Diploma of Management from the Australian Institute of Management, alongside pursuing studies in Space Resource Fundamentals at the University of Adelaide.
