Jodi Everard

Jodi Everard is the Head of Project Excellence (PCoE) at BHP, a position they currently hold since 2025. They previously served as the Senior Director of Engineering for Global Projects at Newmont Corporation from 2020 to 2025, and held various roles in project management and engineering across multiple companies, including AMEC, Xstrata Nickel, and Klohn Crippen Berger. Jodi obtained a BEng in Civil Engineering from Dalhousie University, a MASc in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia, and continues to pursue advanced studies at both Penn State University and Dalhousie University.
