Joel Naughton

Joel Naughton is currently the Principal EME Contracts at BMA and has held this position since 2022. Previously, Joel served as a Professional Athlete with the Philadelphia Phillies from 2004 to 2011. They have also worked at Glencore as a Heavy Fleet Leading Hand from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, Joel has experience in asset management and planning roles, including positions as an Asset Management Planner and as a Superintendent for Planning & Asset Health.
