Jon Gore

Jon Gore is an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in digital transformation and operational readiness. Currently at BHP since June 2023, Jon previously held a similar position at Rio Tinto from July 2020 to June 2023, focusing on technology improvements in asset performance and process management. Over the years, Jon has worked extensively with Agile methodologies and has led significant projects across various industries, delivering solutions that optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency. Key accomplishments include the development of automation technologies for train loading and fuel management, as well as establishing a business analysis framework at the University of Western Australia.
