Josh Leeson

Josh Leeson is a Superintendent of Workforce Strategy & Development with extensive experience in condition monitoring and lubrication. They have worked in various mechanical roles, including positions as a Mechanical Fitter and Mechanical Technician at ConsMin, CITIC Pacific Mining, and Mineral Resources Limited. From 2014 to 2018, they served as a Lubrication Technician at Fortescue Metals Group, and most recently, they held the position of Condition Monitoring Technician at BHP from 2021 to 2023.
