JP Bester is a finance leader with over 15 years of diverse experience in valuation, management accounting, financial accounting, and strategy, primarily within the resources and FMCG industries. After more than a decade at BHP, JP currently serves as the Head of Finance for BHP Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) and has held various roles in the company, including significant positions in both the Coal and Iron Ore divisions. JP has a strong focus on relationship-building, team development, and promoting an "owner's mindset" in decision-making.
