Kate Blue has extensive experience in project delivery and management within the resources sector, currently serving as Lead Project Delivery at BHP since November 2017. In this role, Kate leads the Olympic Dam Raise Bore Program, ensuring project performance on safety, budget, and quality while optimizing processes and managing contractor teams. Previous roles at BHP include Lead Project Studies and Project Engineer - Studies, where Kate managed cross-functional teams and oversaw significant capital project studies. Prior experiences include serving as Quality Control Engineer at Adelaide Brighton Ltd and holding various positions at BHP Billiton, beginning as a Vacation Student.
