Kate Head is currently the Principal Organisational Design for the Maintenance & Support Rail Technology Program and has been serving as a Production Supervisor at BHP since 2021. Previously, Kate held various positions in the rail industry, including Manager Network Control at Metro Trains Sydney and Network Controller at Aurizon. From 2016 to 2018, Kate worked as a Train Management Control at Pacific National and was involved with the Operations Control Center at Metro Trains Australia from 2018 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Kate gained experience in allocations at Boral Transport from 2007 to 2009. Kate is currently pursuing a Higher School Certificate at Mudgee High School.
