Mark Runge

Mark Runge is a Principal Strategic Analyst at BHP, having previously held various senior roles in engineering and analysis, including at BHP Billiton and Rio Tinto Iron Ore. They earned a BEng in Process Engineering with Honours from The University of Queensland, and a Graduate Certificate in Business Economics, as well as a Master of Liberal Arts in Management, both from Harvard Extension School. Mark began their career as a Graduate Process Engineer at Bechtel Mining & Metals and has accumulated extensive experience in the mining sector over nearly two decades, with a focus on analysis and improvement in copper and coal operations.
