Matthew Cleaveley

Matthew Cleaveley is currently the Principal WIN SPM at BHP, where they are responsible for leading maintenance strategies. Previously, Matthew held various roles including Project Manager at Peter Lucas Project Management and Maintenance Engineer at Baffinland, where they focused on optimizing equipment performance and reliability. Matthew began their engineering career as a Mill Process Engineer at The Mosaic Company, progressing through various engineering and supervisory positions. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and have furthered their education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
