Matthew Seccafien

Matthew Seccafien is a Principal Planner at BHP, leveraging seven years of consulting experience and three years of client-side expertise in mechanical engineering. They have worked across various sectors, including Defence, building services infrastructure, and mining, predominantly in existing/brownfields environments from concept studies to detailed design. Prior to their current role, Matthew held positions as a Mechanical Engineer and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Lucid Consulting Australia and Prudentia Process Consulting, respectively, and served as a Superintendent at BHP overseeing asset integrity remediation. Matthew is currently pursuing dual Bachelor degrees in Physics and Mechanical Engineering (Hons) at the University of Adelaide.
