Melanie Haskell

BOS Lead - Operational Excellence

Melanie Haskell has extensive experience in management and customer service across various industries. Starting as a Contact Centre Manager at Office Depot UK from June 2003 to March 2008, Melanie then transitioned to QBE Insurance as a Service Manager from June 2008 to January 2011. Following this role, Melanie served as Manager of Community Operations at Bethanie until February 2013 and subsequently worked as a Customer Service Manager at Brownes Dairy until January 2016. Melanie was employed at Sodexo as the National Operations Manager for the Command Centre from January 2016 to December 2021 and held the position of Vice Chairperson - WA at Auscontact Association from February 2017 to May 2018. Most recently, Melanie joined BHP in July 2024, taking on roles as BOS Lead for both Operational Excellence and Business Improvement.
