Michelle Kam

Michelle Kam is the Vice President of Talent and Performance at BHP, where they oversee a global portfolio focused on organizational and individual performance, talent management, and equity and diversity initiatives. They leverage a background in strategy consulting, having held positions at McKinsey & Company and PwC, where they addressed complex organizational challenges. Michelle earned a PhD in Cognitive Psychology and a Master's in Organisational Psychology from the University of New South Wales, along with a Bachelor in Psychology from the University of Sydney. Currently, they also serve on the Alumni Council for the University of Sydney and as a non-executive director at Opera Australia.
