Michelle McHugh

Michelle McHugh is a Senior Industrial Relations and Human Resources Professional with extensive experience in employee relations across various industries. From 2022 to 2024, they served as the Head of Industrial Relations at NAB, and previously held senior roles at BHP and Santos, where they led the Employee Relations function for the groundbreaking GLNG Project. Michelle began their career as a Solicitor at Freehills and later gained valuable expertise as an Employee Relations Specialist at Rio Tinto. They earned a Law degree from Queensland University of Technology, completing their studies in 2003.
