Michelle Taylor is an experienced professional in communications and project management. Currently serving as Principal Delivery at BHP since January 2019, Michelle manages technology-enabled projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring successful delivery and value for customers through stakeholder engagement and effective team management. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Communications Specialist at BHP, providing strategic advice for the Engineering Improvements team.
