Mikko Tepponen

Mikko Tepponen is a global leader in operations and digital transformation with a focus on technology and business integration. They began their career as a Design Engineer at Plenware, later advancing through roles such as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Sigma Solutions OY, and Vice President of Digital Product Development at Wärtsilä. Currently, Mikko serves as the Chief Digital Officer and Chief Operations Officer at FLSmidth, where they are leading efforts in manufacturing and digital transformation. They are also a Board Member at Etteplan, guiding strategic growth initiatives. Mikko holds a Master’s degree in Automation from Tampere University of Technology.
