Nathan Jacobs has extensive experience in various roles related to solution architecture, service management, and process ownership, primarily at BHP since July 2015. As a Solution Architect for Enterprise Service Management Systems, Nathan is responsible for designing scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions tailored to business needs and ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Previously held roles at BHP include Superintendent and COEI ServiceNow & Service Management, focusing on platform sustainability, project management, and innovation. Nathan's expertise extends to scrum leadership, knowledge management, and operational improvements, leveraging a solid background in technical analysis and application development from previous positions at Kinetic IT, JB Hifi, and Harvey Norman. Nathan is also an active member of the ServiceNow ITSM Product Advisory Council.
