Nathan Tabain

Nathan Tabain is a geophysicist with over a decade of industry experience, currently serving as Principal of Geophysics at BHP Western Australia Iron Ore. Nathan holds a B.Sc. (1st Hons) in Exploration Geophysics from Curtin University, where the honours dissertation focused on airborne time-domain electromagnetics for hydrogeology. Previously, Nathan worked at Rio Tinto within both Wireline and Surface geophysics teams and has cross-functional experience in Operations, Hydrogeology, Geometallurgy, and Mine Geology. Earlier roles included positions at ALS Limited and various geophysics roles at BHP, where Nathan has led high-resolution geophysical survey projects and provided training to Geoscientists and interns.
