Oscar Molina is currently a Guest Lecturer in the Data Protection Diploma Program at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and serves as Data Privacy Principal/DPO for the Americas at BHP. With prior experience as a Senior Associate and Director at Albagli Zaliasnik, they also held the position of Legal Intern at the New York Legal Assistance Group. Oscar was the Chapter Co-Chair for Chile at the International Association of Privacy Professionals from 2017 to 2019. They hold multiple legal degrees, including a Master of Laws from New York University and are pursuing an LL.M. at the National University of Singapore.
