Superintendente Operational readiness

Pablo Blanco has extensive experience in engineering and management within the mining and industrial sectors. Beginning with COTACO LTDA. as a Process Engineer focused on thermal equipment water treatment, Pablo advanced to roles such as Senior Engineer and Shift Supervisor at BHP Billiton, overseeing dry plant operations and implementing business improvement projects as a Six Sigma Black Belt. At Antofagasta Minerals, Pablo managed contractor personnel in occupational health and safety risk management. Most recently, Pablo has served as a Senior Process Engineer at Minera Centinela, contributing to process engineering and project development within the Planning and Development Management. Currently, Pablo holds the position of Superintendent Operational Readiness at BHP. Educational qualifications include a Civil Engineering degree in Chemistry from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, along with several diplomas in administration, innovation, coaching, and mining management from various prestigious institutions.
