Paula Petersen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in reward and people services. Currently serving as the Head of Reward & People Services at Latitude Financial Services since March 2019, Paula leads teams in reward, HR systems/analytics, payroll, and people operations while playing a critical role in the People & Culture leadership team. Key responsibilities include establishing remuneration frameworks, managing executive remuneration, preparing Board Committee materials, and overseeing annual reward reviews. Prior to Latitude, Paula held several senior roles at BHP, including Principal Reward and Lead Reward, focusing on global remuneration strategies and incentive schemes, as well as coaching and developing HR colleagues. Early career experience includes consulting roles at Tate Recruitment and Mission Australia. Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on HR Management and Leadership from the University of Southern Queensland.
