Rachel Short has over three decades of experience in technical writing and documentation since starting as a Technical Writer in 1989. Rachel has held various roles, including Senior Technical Writer at BHP Billiton and BHP, as well as positions at ATRAD Pty Ltd, Iron Road Limited, and ARTC, focusing on technical manuals, project-related documentation, and corporate communications. Additionally, Rachel has provided contract technical writing services to OZ Minerals and has gained expertise in technical writing training, documentation design, and process re-engineering through self-employment.
