Raylene Brampton

Raylene Brampton is an experienced professional in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as the Principal Employee Relations at BHP since November 2021, where support is provided to major projects in Western Australia. Previously, Raylene held various roles at Clough from 2013 to 2021, including Lead IR Advisor, where responsibilities encompassed the development of employee relations strategies and advising management on relevant legislation and industrial instruments. Additional roles at Clough included Lead HR/IR Advisor for the Waitsia Gas Project and ER/IR Advisor for Western Australian projects. Prior experience includes positions such as Senior Human Resources Advisor and Senior Recruitment Advisor at Macmahon and BHP Billiton. Raylene is pursuing a Master of Employee Relations and holds a Graduate Certificate in Employee Relations from Griffith University.
