Raymond Cross

Raymond Cross has over a decade of experience in the mining and construction industries, beginning as an operator at HMP Contractors and BMA Norwich Park, where skills in dragline, dozer, and grader operations were developed. Transitioning to BHP Billiton, Cross took on roles as Contracts Coordinator and Dragline Supervisor, overseeing contract implementations and the performance of dragline fleets while prioritizing safety. Later at BHP, responsibilities expanded to include electric shovel supervision and open-cut examination, focusing on production efficiency and compliance with health and safety regulations. Educational credentials include attendance at Kingaroy State High School and completion of various Resource Industry Courses.
