Rhiannon Bailey

Rhiannon Bailey is an experienced professional in the mining and resource sector, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Strategy at BHP since June 2016 and has held various managerial positions related to technology and autonomous hauling systems. Rhiannon also serves as a Director at ACIRL Pty Ltd. and has previous experience as a Board Member for Girl Guides Queensland. Prior roles include Senior Geologist at Measured Group Pty Ltd and Consulting Coal Geologist at Xenith Consulting, specializing in geological modeling and JORC Resource evaluation. Rhiannon's career began as an intern geologist at UK Coal Mining Ltd. Rhiannon holds an MSci in Geology from Imperial College London and recently completed a course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
