Rick Guerini is currently the Superintendent of Mining Enablement at BHP and has held various geological roles across multiple companies. Previously, Rick worked as an underground mine geologist at Blackham Resources and as a mine geologist at Roy Hill. They have also served as a superintendent in planning services and held senior positions in mine geology at South32. Rick began their career as a graduate geologist at BHP Billiton, where they also completed a vacation role. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology and Resource Economics from the University of Western Australia and is pursuing an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
