Robb Eadie

Robb Eadie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and operational improvement across various sectors, including hydrocarbons and consultancy. As Chief Risk Officer at BHP since October 2017, Robb Eadie holds global accountability for the Risk Management Framework, reporting directly to the CFO, and representing corporate risk management perspectives to key governance committees. Prior to BHP, Robb Eadie was the Managing Director of EDRJ LIMITED, where innovative risk management solutions were delivered. Previous roles include Subject Matter Expert at BP, Project Leader at Castrol, and various positions at BP's integrated energy operations, culminating in significant contributions to operational strategy and risk management. Robb Eadie holds an MBA in International Business, Risk Management, and Marketing, as well as a BSc (hons) in Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
