Robin Hill

Robin Hill is an experienced geoscience professional with a career spanning over four decades in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Geoscience Manager at BHP Billiton since October 2003, Robin has held multiple roles within the company, including Geoscience Advisor & Manager. Prior to this tenure, positions at BHP Billiton included Senior Geoscientist, Exploration Manager, and Senior Geologist from 1993 to 2003. Earlier experience includes Senior Geologist roles at Hamilton Oil Company and Marathon Oil Company, as well as a Geologist position at Phillips Petroleum. Robin began the career as a Geoscience Technical Assistant at Tricentrol Oil in 1980. Robin holds a BSc(Hons) and PGDip in Geology from Kingston University, completed between 1977 and 1980.
