Ross Baker

Ross Baker is the Engineering Portfolio Lead for Infrastructure at BHP, where they manage a team of multidisciplinary engineers and oversee a variety of capital projects across their lifecycle. With a strong background in Electrical Engineering, Ross previously served as a Specialist Engineer and project manager at BHP, providing technical support and strategic project alignment. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Griffith University and have over 12 years of hands-on experience in the mechanical and building trades. Before their current role, Ross worked as a Sub-Contractor in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and held various positions in the ski rental industry.
