Rowan Spetz

Rowan Spetz, P.Eng., PMP, is a Plant Maintenance Engineer with extensive experience in the mining industry, specifically in Plant Civil/Structural Engineering and Asset Integrity. Rowan has worked at K+S Potash Canada as a Plant Civil/Structural Engineer, where they led Management of Change projects and advocated for design improvements during production ramp-up. Previously, they were a Structural Engineer at Nutrien, managing the Structural Integrity program for multiple facilities. Rowan began their career as a Summer Intern at SaskEnergy, assisting in the maintenance of gas meters and supervising fellow interns. Currently, Rowan serves as a Lead Project Engineer/Manager at BHP, overseeing capital projects and providing engineering support. Rowan earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.
