Roxana Perez

Roxana Perez is an experienced professional in data analytics and business intelligence, currently serving as Principal Data Domain Architecture and BI Technical Lead at BHP since August 2017. In this role, Roxana has designed a data warehouse for the Integrated Remote Operations Centre and led its implementation using cloud technologies like Snowflake and Power BI, while also contributing to the data governance program. Previously, as Data Analytics Project Lead in BHP's Maintenance Centre of Excellence, Roxana led data-driven projects focused on cost savings and equipment performance analysis. Prior experience includes positions as BI & Reporting Lead at L'Oréal and roles in business intelligence and SAP consulting at companies such as Incitec Pivot Limited, Rio Tinto, and Diario Clarin. Roxana holds an Executive Master in Digital Transformation & Innovation Leadership from IE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Católica de Córdoba, alongside a Project Management Professional certification from the University of Belgrano.
