Sarah Buckley is an environmental engineer with over 20 years of experience specializing in water resources, mining projects, and impact assessments. Currently serving as the Principal Modelling and Stewardship at BHP, Sarah has also held significant roles at SLR Consulting and Jacobs, where they led mine site water balance services. Sarah is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ), with extensive expertise in mine water management, including water balance modelling and environmental compliance. They are pursuing a degree in Environmental Engineering at The University of Queensland.
