Scott Connors

Scott Connors is the General Manager of Growth Operations at BHP, where they lead strategic growth in mining services for future-facing commodities, holding P&L accountability. Previously, they served in various roles at BHP, including General Manager of Maintenance and Infrastructure and Asset Management, where they oversaw large teams and multimillion-dollar budgets while driving transformative initiatives in safety and operational efficiency.
