Shaheeda Perez

Shaheeda Perez is a Mine Services Engineer at BHP, with experience in various engineering rotations including Mine Development Engineering, Mine Design, and Short Term Scheduling since February 2021. Previously, Shaheeda served as a UWA Facilitator for a Master’s Project Management and Engineering Practise course at The University of Western Australia, guiding 150 students. Shaheeda's early career included roles as a Mining Engineering Intern and Front Desk Receptionist, alongside leadership positions in customer service and logistics. Academically, Shaheeda holds a Master of Professional Engineering with Distinction in Civil Engineering from The University of Western Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Mining from Curtin University, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Management from The University of Western Australia.
