Simon Pukk

Simon Pukk has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Principal HR Project Advisory at BHP since January 2020. In this role, Simon developed a best practice organizational transitional process to enhance work designs in alignment with evolving business needs. Prior to this, Simon led BHP's people strategy during the implementation of autonomous haulage across coal assets and managed critical HR functions at various organizations, including HopgoodGanim Lawyers and Bechtel Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing HR activities for large-scale LNG construction projects. Simon holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism and Mass Media and Communications from CQUniversity.
