Stella Naylor is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in project management and civil engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Project Engineer at BHP since October 2024, Stella drives engineering strategies for infrastructure supporting construction at Olympic Dam. Previously at OZ Minerals as a Senior Project Engineer, Stella contributed to the Minerals Processing Plant package for the West Musgrave Project. Prior to that, Stella worked at AECOM in various engineering roles, engaging in infrastructure and transport projects. Early career experiences include internships with the NZ Transport Agency and BRS, as well as a position as Assistant Polling Booth Manager with the Australian Electoral Commission. Stella holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil & Environmental) and a Bachelor of Arts (English) from the University of Adelaide, along with a supplementary degree in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
