Stephen Acker is a registered Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor with extensive experience in Geodesy and Geomatics Engineering. They began their career as a Crew Chief at Scotia Surveys Limited from 2002 to 2010, before co-founding Acker & Doucette Surveying Inc., where they worked from 2011 to 2023, contributing to various surveying projects across Yarmouth, Shelburne, and Digby Counties. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Geodesy and Geomatics Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and a diploma in Geomatics Engineering Technology from the Centre of Geographic Sciences. In 2024, they transitioned to BHP as Lead and Principal Operations for East Kemptville.
